Shared Service Provider

About us

The establishment of the Shared Service Provider (SSP) is part of the Victorian Government‘s commitment to a whole of government approach to the provision of shared corporate services under its Efficient Government Policy.

Shared Service Provider has been established to deliver:
  • facilities, accommodation and car pool management services, and
  • library services.
Shared Service Provider provides services across the 11 government departments and four agencies (Victoria Police, VicRoads, Environmental Protection Authority and the State Revenue Office). Shared Service Provider is based in the Government Services Group (GSG) within DTF.

What we do

Shared Service Provider provides a range of facilities and accommodation services for the Victorian Government.

A helpdesk number will operate for all:
  • building maintenance including general repairs; doors, lifts, signs, electrical issues (lights) and plumbing;
  • cleaning and waste management;
  • setting up conference and training facilities; and
  • reconfiguration of workstations or offices.
