Review of the Accident Compensation Act 1985

Mr Peter Hanks QC has completed his independent review of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 and associated legislation, and has delivered his final report to the Minister for WorkCover, the Hon. Tim Holding MP.

In his final report, Mr Hanks has made over 150 recommendations for the Government to consider.
